Key Experience
Dr. Madedor started his professional career with Cementation Company, London in September 1957 and for over 35 years has been involved with research and applied geotechnical engineering. He joined the Federal Civil Service in 1959 and rose to the post of Director (Materials) in the Federal Ministry of Works where he directed and co-ordinated several research works on the materials and soil problems in Nigeria. 

From 1978 until his retirement, he was the Director, Nigerian Building and Road Research Institute in the Federal Ministry of Science and Technology.

Dr. Madedor is responsible for Research and Development in the geotechnical division of Progress Engineers.

Dr. Madedor has over 20 publications to his credit.
